AmberFin today announces its separation from parent company Snell & Wilcox, following the successful merger of Snell & Wilcox with Pro-Bel. AmberFin remains under the ownership of Advent Venture Partners as an independent entity. The company focus and core business model remains unchanged – to develop and advance its iCR software and aggressively grow its market share within the film and broadcast markets.

AmberFin today announces the appointment of David Abel as its new Worldwide Director of Partner Management. In this role, David will be responsible for developing and forging new channel and OEM partnerships globally, with the intention of developing AmberFin’s business in a number of key growth areas.
